School Uniform:

Each pupil is expected to possess at least three sets of uniform. It is compulsory for the pupil to wear clean uniform while attending school. Parents are requested to ensure that their children come to school neatly dressed.

Attendance:

• Parents are expected to see that their ward does not remain absent, except under unavoidable circumstances, as it badly affects the progress of the pupil.
• A minimum of 90% attendance is a requirement for promotion to the next higher class. Irregular attendance and prolonged absence may lead to removal from the school.
• A warning letter will be given at the beginning of the third term to those who have shortage of attendance for the first two terms. Such pupils must pay utmost care to avoid leave in the   third term, failing which their promotion may be affected for want of attendance.
• Absence on the re-opening day is not allowed and may lead to the removal of the pupil's name from the roll. Re-admission may be considered by the Principal after verifying the reason   of absence.
• Pupils should be in school by 8 am every day during the working days. Late arrival will be penalized. A fine will be collected for each late coming and they will be marked absent for half   a day.
• If the pupil is absent from school, the application for leave must be made and sanctioned prior to the date of absence. Absence without intimation will lead to a penalty.
• In the case of absence due to sickness or any other emergencies a leave letter must be sent to the school on the first day of absence otherwise the absence will be treated as absence   without prior permission and a fine will be collected.
• Application for leave must be made only in the format supplied by the school. No other form of applications will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Medical certificate must be produced when the child is absent for three or more days on medical grounds.
• Pupils suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend school.
• No pupil is allowed to leave the school premises during the working hours without the permission of the authorities.

School Fees:

The school conducts two mid-term examinations and three terminal examinations. Scholastic and non- scholastic achievements are assessed periodically from standard I-V. Progress reports are sent to the parents periodically. These should be returned duly counter-signed within three days. Parents may discuss the progress of the children with the Principal. Head after fixing up an appointment.

Examination & Reports:

A pupil is promoted to the next higher class on the basis of his/her performance during the whole year. Hence regularity in attendance and studies is imperative. Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances. A pupil whose conduct is not up to the mark shall be asked to leave the school. Further a pupil who fails twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue his studies in the school.

Promotion:

Application for transfer certificate should be made in writing by the parent/guardian of the pupil concerned. Transfer Certificate shall not be issued unless all outstanding dues are paid to the school. A fee will be levied when the application for a transfer certificate is made.

Physical Education:

Physical education is compulsory for all the students. No pupil is exempted from physical exercise or games unless specially permitted by the Principal.
